San Francisco chef Keven Wilson is the founder of ReFormation Foods, a
project aimed at providing unique pop-up events that celebrate
innovative cuisine.
Chef Keven is hosting a restaurant pop-up event on
November 5 at Thorough Bread and Pastry, located at 248 Church Street.
Highlighting his love for modern American cuisine, Keven will be
preparing a prix-fixe, four-course meal featuring fresh, local
ingredients, including a roasted porcini soup, mackerel escabeche,
whole lamb with turnips and olive jus, and a pear and pistachio
granita.
