Mariposa Kitchen
Chef Caroline Fey founded Mariposa Kitchen in 2007. She began her culinary education in New York City, at the French Culinary Institute where she received a Classic Culinary degree and a Pastry degree. She worked in kitchens in New York City, Ithaca and East Hampton New York, before moving to San Francisco in 2006. She also has a passion for wine and, was an employee at The California Wine Merchant for the past two years to help further her education. As a result, she loves to cater food and wine events, and is working on a winemaker dinner program for Mariposa Kitchen now.
