About Jayne
Jayne has a passion for hair. From a young age she has been most inspired by the looks of Louise Brooks, Jane Fonda in Klut, Liza Minelle in Cabaret, '60s Twiggy, and Bridgett Bardot.
In 1998 she teamed up with her best friend and opened Edo Salon. The vision was a classy and artsy boutique hair salon that doubled as an art gallery.
Jayne loves the process of getting to know a person and crafting a beautiful new shape or color to enhance their personal style. A true master at the art of organic and precision haircutting, she takes into account all the little details that makes each of her clients look unique. During the past 13 years, Jayne has been traveling back and forth to New York and working closely with her mentors at Bumble and Bumble.
Back in school now to become a personal life coach, Jayne is just excited to help people realize their dreams no matter how far they feel they have to go for them.
If she could go from being a punk kid runaway to a 'Best of the Bay' salon owner, anyone can achieve what they want. She just wants to give back and help people find their truest creativity and happiness as she has.
