Whenever I see a building with a 666 address I think, “Whoa!” Then I wonder, “Do the people who live/work there like or hate that their address is the number of the beast?” In honor of Halloween, I decided to Google-map a few streets in SF, hoping to come up with an awesome collection of them. It turns out, it’s actually kind of a rarity to see the number as an address. Lots of streets either skip over the number entirely or the address might be within a larger complex, e.g. “660–690” (Way to ruin all my juvenile fun, dudes). Still, I found a number of buildings in our city donning the devilish digits.
So, to all those who also get a kick out of 666 addresses, here’s a little collection of San Francisco 666. If you live in or near a building with the satanic number, feel free to share your photos and I’ll add them to this collection with a credit to you!
