If you were at Alamo Square Park this weekend, everywhere you looked, there was a hand to hold onto were about a million other people picnicking-it-up on blankets, Full House credits-style. Most San Franciscans (and a subgroup of tourists who’ve googled stuff) know that the Tanners didn’t “live” in an actual Painted Lady, but instead, resided a few blocks away at 1709 Broderick St. For all their meticulous researching, anyone visiting the real Full House home this past Friday missed out big time on what could have been their most popular Instagram they’ve ever posted: a selfie with Uncle Jesse himself outside of the Tanner family home.
John Stamos posted a photo to his Instagram that shows him posing in front of the house near a few oblivious tourists, with the caption: “Boy, these youngsters have 0.0 idea what they’re missing. #Fullhousehouse. #TURNAROUND.”

Looking at the photo is kind of like watching a horror movie where you’re screaming, “TURN AROUND, YOU IDIOTS. You’re missing it. YOU’RE MISSING IT!!”
We hope John had a nice time on such a beautiful SF weekend. Now back to my own personal quest of seeing Tracy Chapman drive by in a fast car.
