What do you get when you put together neon glow sticks and the majestic natural beauty of Northern California’s waterfalls? The coolest collection of photographs you’ve ever seen in your life.

“Neon Luminance” is a series of long exposure photographs by Sean Lenz and Kristoffer Abildgaard from the multi-media group, From the Lenz.

The stunning images were created by dropping glow sticks into the water and then snapping photographs as the bright objects floated down the drop off.

And just in case you were worried, the glow sticks were sealed during the entire shoot and everything was collected afterwards, so the waterfalls can remain just as beautiful as ever, although a little less colorful.
