Saint Stupid, patron saint of parking meters and civilizations, gets his due on April 1 when the First Church of the Last Laugh stages their irreverent annual parade starting at Embarcadero Plaza at noon. Dress like you stepped out of Hawaii Five-0 or a very confused Pee-Wee Herman, bring something stupid that means something to you, and prepare for the kind of gloriously ridiculous street theater that only SF pulls off at midweek.
