During Noise Pop Festival week (Feb 19–March 1), Bender's is hosting free happy hour shows from 5–8pm Tuesday through Saturday with free RSVP. It's the easiest way to sample Noise Pop's 160+ bands across 25+ venues without dropping $300 on a festival badge.
