Today Hoodline shared this letter from an anonymous reader that was slipped under their door (and the doors of everyone in their rent-controlled Lower Haight building). The anonymous sharer told Hoodline that they are unsure what prompted the letter delivery, but that some people in the building have been fighting with management. The incredibly high minimum annual income amount and credit score are disheartening and downright frightening. I wish this was some kind of sick joke, but I sadly doubt it.
