The most hallowed tradition in San Francisco, the Folsom Street Fair, is one of a few big public events where all the social and legal rules are suspended. Scott Weiner’s anti-weiner law, unspoken social guidelines about bodily fluids: it all goes out the window. Sometimes literally.
