Whether home-cooked turkey or a burrito to-go, we hope you indulged yourself this Thanksgiving at home. Today, in addition to shopping local — especially at Black-owned businesses—for Black Friday instead of Amazon-ing, it’s also a perfect time to get outside and sweat out the gluttony of yesterday.
