I once counted 55 girls wearing denim jackets and dresses within the space of an hour while eating brunch in the Marina. I say this because I’ve always been fascinated by how fashion trends come and go. Outside Lands is no different. There were certainly a number of interesting costumes, get-ups, and accoutrements around the festival on Friday, but flower crowns immediately jumped out to me as the most popular accessory.
So ladies — if you’re meeting someone at the windmills on the polo field today, and you’re waiving your arms around trying to direct them your way, you might want to think of something other than, “I’m the one in the flower crown!”
